Josh cultivated an extensive career in London as a fitness coach and personal trainer, amassing seven years of expertise in guiding group exercise classes with a specialization in Indoor cycling, particularly in rhythm riding. Leveraging his background as a professional performer, he perceives coaching as a fusion of physical acumen, inclusive communication, and stage presence. Josh launched his journey into boutique fitness by spearheading the opening of a new studio in London, which blended performance cycling and rhythm riding before continuing his craft at 1Rebel and as a founding instructor at London SoulCycle.
